MIKE BLATT, CHAIRMAN

Mr. Blatt has been a member of the Lavalette PSD Board of Directors since 2001.

Mr. Blatt is also the Owner/Operator of Blatt’s Greenhouse, a business located in Lavalette for the past 28 years.

BILL WILLIS, SECRETARY/TREASURER

Mr. Willis retired from Ashland Oil after 39 years of service in Research and Development. He has been a member of the Lavalette PSD Board of Directors since 1980 and has held the position of Secretary/Treasurer for many years.

Mr. Willis is now the Director of the Wayne County E-911 system.

He was also a Lavalette Volunteer Fireman for over 40 years and served as EMS Training Officer and has been a Paramedic for 35 years.

He is a member of the Paramedic Adviory Board at Marshall Community College.

Mr. Willis represents Wayne County consumers on the Region 2 Board of Emergency Services and on the Region 2 State Board of Directors of WV EMS-TSN, Inc., and is the Wayne County Manager of Emergency Services.
